Search your work

Find text you remember

Open Jump to with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K, then choose Search history. Type at least two characters to find matching tickets. Open search page gives you the same search with more room. Quick destinations still finds pages, projects and brands.

Search covers every project you own, including archived work, regardless of the navigation scope. Narrow it with Project, Status and Type. On the search page, choose Search to keep the query and filters in the page address. Do not put credentials into a search or share private work URLs publicly.

Where a match came from

Each ticket appears once, with a matching snippet and a label such as finding, question, decision, spec history or review note. Search includes ticket keys, titles, objectives, context and constraints; current and past criteria and spec snapshots; findings, request text and answers, decision options/recommendations and notes; submission text, human review notes and AI review advice. AI sources are labelled AI. Open the result to see the ticket or its relevant history.

Text uses the app's masking. Redacted text and credential-shaped search input are not searchable. Snippets are plain text: HTML-like examples remain text and cannot execute. A redaction takes effect on subsequent searches without waiting for a refresh job.

Search syntax and limits

Search matches English words and their usual word forms, not arbitrary pieces of a word. Use double quotes for a phrase, OR for alternatives, and a minus sign to exclude a word. Very common words alone may not produce matches. Ticket keys can be entered in either case.

Results show up to 50 tickets, using a bounded set of best source matches. Exact ticket keys come first; otherwise the best matching source determines order. Refine the words or filters if you cannot see the ticket you need. Search does not search external artifact contents or internal operations documents.

With a keyboard or phone

Tab and Shift+Tab reach the search field, native filter controls and result links. Enter opens the focused result; Escape closes Jump to. In Quick destinations, the existing arrow-key combobox still works. Search history uses normal links and form controls. The same features work in the phone layout.
